City Park Club Loyalty Program
Dear friends! We are infinitely grateful that you choose us! The City Park Hotel team presents the CITY PARK CLUB loyalty program for our Favorite Guests.
We answer the questions!
Q: What is the essence of the loyalty program?
A: A special reduced price for hotel accommodation for Program Participants!
As well as the possibility of paying for your vacation with accumulated points!
And many other status privileges !
Q: How to become a member?
A: You can register by following the link: http://club.cph-sochi.com/login/?next=/member/.
Q: What statuses and privileges exist?
A: Individual premium services are available for each program status: discount, percentage of payment with points, percentage of accumulation of points, accrual of additional bonus points, other compliments and exclusive services.
There are four member statuses in the loyalty program:
* Regular guest: Silver (awarded after staying at the Hotel and registering in the loyalty program);
* Dear Guest: Gold (awarded upon reaching 200,000 level points);
* Favorite Guest: Platinum (awarded upon reaching 360,000 level points);
* Favorite VIP guest (awarded upon reaching 800,000 level points).
Q: How can I find out my status in the loyalty program?
A: In my personal account on the website https://cph-sochi.com/, you can also check with the hotel staff at the reception or by calling the booking department.
Q: How are the points counted? What can they be spent on?
A: 1 point = 1 ruble, 2000 level points are awarded automatically when registering in the program. Payment points are awarded from the amount of each stay at the hotel, depending on the status in the program (from 15 to 25 %), and they can be paid with them (in addition to a permanent discount!) from 10 to 20 %.
! Special rates for accommodation and premium services for program participants are valid for direct booking in the personal account on the official website of the Hotel: www.cph-sochi.com, at the hotel reception or by calling the hotel reservation department.
