A: Individual premium services are available for each program status: discount, percentage of points payment, percentage of points accumulation, accrual of additional bonus points, other compliments and exclusive services.
There are four member statuses in the loyalty program:
• Regular guest: Silver (assigned after staying at the Hotel and registering in the loyalty program);
• Dear Guest: Gold (awarded upon reaching 200,000 level points);
• Favorite Guest: Platinum (awarded upon reaching 360,000 level points);
• Favorite VIP guest (awarded upon reaching 800,000 level points).
Q: How do I find out my status in the loyalty program?
A: In my personal account on the website https://cph-sochi.com /, you can also check with the hotel staff at the reception or by calling the booking department.
Q: How are points counted? What can they be spent on?
A: 1 point = 1 ruble, 2000 level points are awarded automatically when registering in the program. Payment points are accrued from the amount of each hotel stay, depending on the status in the program (from 15 to 25%), and they can be paid with them (in addition to a permanent discount!) from 10 to 20%.
